Hello! We are a husband-and-wife powerhouse duo who began our catering journey in 2016, specializing in creative Japanese, French, and Californian cuisine. We cater at local wineries, breweries, events, and private home gatherings, offering personalized "food and wine/beer" pairings inspired by Japanese street food and high-end French traditions. Using local seasonal ingredients, we showcase the best the Bay Area has to offer.

"What grows together goes together" is a common phrase in the wine industry.

The Bay Area is a treasure trove of high-quality seasonal ingredients, wine, and beer. Our mission is to unite these local elements to create a memorable dining experience.

Many of our fondest moments are shared over great food, wine, and company. Above all, we enjoy sharing heartwarming home-cooked meals.

In his 20s, Yoshi attended Tsuji Culinary School in Osaka and later at École Technique Hôtelière TSUJI in Liergues-en-Beaujolaise, France. His first stagiaire experience was at a 1-Star Michelin restaurant in France and he further honed his skills at a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Tokyo. Before coming to California in 2002, Yoshi worked as an executive chef at a resort hotel in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Now, Yoshi has over 40 years of experience in the fine dining and hospitality industry serving as executive chef at Japanese restaurants, resort hotels, and winery restaurants.
